Ltd. today announced the launch of the 2018 Break the ceiling touch the sky® Leonie Awards (the global gender diversity and leadership excellence awards) to recognize organizations and leaders from around the world that are making significant contributions to the progress of women in leadership and are testimonial to the increasing positive impact of gender diversity. Over 40 of the world’s top leaders in business from the world’s most successful companies will be on the jury of the awards to ensure the highest standards of diligence. HORP also announced that Julie Hamilton, Chief Customer and Commercial Leadership Officer, The Coca-Cola Company, Alex von Behr, President vBA Consulting (former Chief Customer Officer, Unilever Plc) and Joy Xu, Head of Global Human Resources, Sandoz will serve as the three co-chairs of the awards jury.

Unlike other single-country award programs, this awards program is an International one, covering at least eight major categories with entries accepted from around the world. Categories include Best Companies for Gender Diversity, Best CEOs for Gender Diversity, Best Gender Diversity Champions, Inspirational Woman Leader of the Year, The Tech in support of Women Award. The Break the ceiling touch the sky® Leonie Awards will be supported by over 20 of the most influential associations and carefully selected media partners.
The 2018 Break the ceiling touch the sky® Leonie Awards will be sponsored by SANDOZ as primary sponsor, and will be presented on the evening of the 2018 World Edition of Break the ceiling touch the sky® – the success and leadership summit for women on Sept 10, 2018 in Singapore. Any leader who registers for the 2018 World Edition of the summit will have access to the awards segment from 645 pm to 830 pm. Over 500 leaders from close to 30 countries are expected to attend the 2018 World Edition of the summit.
