HONG KONG, March 27, 2018 /PRNewswire/ — Goodbaby International Holdings Limited ("Goodbaby International" or the "Company") (SEHK stock code: 1086, together with its subsidiaries, the "Group"), a global leading parenting products company, is pleased to announce the setup of the Group’s own direct distribution platform in Japan by the formation of an indirect non-wholly owned subsidiary (the "Subsidiary") to distribute primarily Cybex and gb branded juvenile products throughout the Japan market, providing customer services and consumer engagement activities to support rapid growth of the Group’s Cybex and gb branded business in the Japan market. The Group, through one of its subsidiaries, holds 80% shares of the Subsidiary.
